Puppy Application
If you are interested in one of Millies puppies from an upcoming litter, please fill out the application below. Once your application has been reviewed we will reach out and contact you about next steps. As a reminder to have your name placed on the wait list you will need to pay your $500 deposit ($250 of your deposit is refundable up until puppy pick day). The remaining $2,700 will be paid on the day you pick out your puppy.
